Airport Transfer service

1. All Airport Pick-ups must be paid for in advance via Card Payment or Bank Transfer, or in the case of return journeys at the point of drop-off.

2. Where a flight arrival is delayed or diverted, and this information has been made available via the airports website and/or flight tracking apps in sufficient time for us to cancel the despatch of the driver, we will make every effort to accommodate your new arrival time or provide a refund.

3. Airport Pick-ups are non-refundable if we attend the airport.

4. Every effort will be made to track your flight using the airports website and/or flight tracking apps so that we can arrive at the agreed airport within a timely manner of your arrival. 

5. In the unfortunate event that your flight is diverted, and we have already arrived at the airport, based on information received via the airports website and/or flight tracking apps, then the journey will be considered fulfilled.

6. In the unfortunate event that your flight is delayed more than 30minutes, and we have already arrived at the airport, based on information received via the airports website and/or flight tracking apps, then we reserve the right to charge an additional 'Waiting Fee' in accordance with our licensing authorities Rate Card.
